Builder quit responding to our emails of the damage photos of our new construction home. Home was only 11 months old and we had plumbing issues that caused damage in two rooms, including Servpro to come out, furniture loss, new carpet from mold etc. Builder wouldn't respond anymore when we asked about our warranty. He doesn't stand behind his work. Such a beautiful home and a big mess that we were stuck with alone.
