My mother, [redacted] was a patient at Royal Meadow View from 3/9/to 6/6/ When Royal Meadow billed for dates of service 3/- 3/31/in the amount of $19,it was paid on 7/30/ A request for reimbursement was then sent to her Long Term Care Insurance provider They rejected the request stating that those service dates had been paid by [redacted] I contacted the business office asking that the payment be refunded and was told that they would hold the funds until all dates of service had been paid by [redacted] and then send me a statement showing the payment had been applied to her account After leaving several voice messages for both business manager and administrator, I received an e-mail from the business manager on 11/6/that he was sending me a hard copy of her bills I responded 11/7/that I was expecting the bills for March to June These were not received I contacted him again by e-mail 11/29/to say I had still not received anything and cou
