This is a formal complaint against [redacted] Agent/Employee of Western Alignment Service. On January 8, 2015, Myself ([redacted]). And [redacted] arrived at Western Alignment Services for the sole purpose to obtain a free Alignment Evaluation. Once the Alignment Evaluation was completed [redacted] then charged me and Ms. Corona $30.00, for the alleged free Alignment evaluation. We both learned of the free Alignment from [redacted]). Days prior to arrival at Western Alignment Service, I spoke with [redacted] to verify the Alignment Evaluation.Desired Settlement: This can be verified by independent investigation/phone call to [redacted] for the free evaluation and witness her charging for the free Alignment Evaluation. After this faze of the investigation is complete, the Revdex.com can send a car to Western Alignment Service for the free Alignment Evaluation and if they are charged for this service.
