Just want to give a huge thumbs up to Falcor Auto Sales in Agawam, MA They are a family business with about forty or so cars...anything from older/ higher mileage cars for low cost to excellent newer used cars with low mileage and great prices My husband and I recently purchased from them They treated us warmly, listened attentively to our needs, our budget, our financing concerns and proceeded to point out several cars on their lot that conformed to what we had discussed Ultimately we selected a Toyota with just under 40,miles on itThe car had been detailed so well it looked brand new After test driving it we explained we needed to finance with no mney down, and include registration, taxes, etc Josh and his dad went out of their way to put a deal together, help us fill out the credit app, priced the car right at a few hundred under the listed blue book value...we left excited but hopeful Next day they called and happily told us all wad a "go"---they even have a local insurance agency that sends a rep right to Falcor to write a policy and do the registry running They double checked the car, ordered a minor part and installed it, paid to have it inspected and we were driving away within four days They went out of their way when it turned out there was only one chipped key with t h e car...and made an appointment at a local Toyota deal and PAID for another chipped key to be made! This is not our first used car "Rodeo" --so having a personable, concerned, capable, helpful and honest dealer meet our highest expectations is terrific Do not hesitate! In fact go out of your way to deal with Falcor! Best results at the best price!
