We received this order right during the huge rush of the Holiday Season. In our best efforts to satisfy all customers that had placed orders during this time of year, we simply shipped the orders out as fast as we could in the order they came in. We were overwhelmed with orders and
unfortunately that delayed customers receiving their packages as quickly as they normally would. However, this specific order was placed December 16th in the afternoon, shipped out December 29th and arrived on our customers doorstep on January 3rd. That means from the day the order was placed, until the day it arrived to the customer, was business days. And that was during the busiest time of year. We do all we can to make sure our customers expectations are met and are proud that that is typically the case, but from when we got the order to when it arrived was without significant delay and we feel we handled this order fair and honest.
