Hello ***,
My apologizes if I haven't gotten back to you regarding the matter of
Western Auto Sales IncI was contacted by the owner two months ago
regarding the issue with the vehicle I purchased from his company whom
which
his brother was the gentlemen who sold me the carI explained
all the details and issues with the car and the owner was able to
settle an agreement with me by refunding all small amount of the money
I put into making repairs to the vehicle
However despite the small settlement, I am still stuck with a vehicle
that is suppose to be salvageI can't say the issue has been
resolved, but I can at least say they have been complying with this
matter with me directlyThe owner agreed to replace the same vehicle
with the same mileage, year and price of purchase, but that has not happened until now
If the complaint has been closed and a negative reflection has been
reported about Western Auto Sales, I assuming the case can't be
re-open to at least state that a resolution has been resolved in the
customer favor, remains an issue as the customer is still stuck with a
salvage car that was sold as a clean title
