I WOULD LIKE A EXPLANATION OF 8,TO 10,ADD TO MY ACCOUNTTHE RETAIL ORDER IS 17,THIS IS INSANEFOR THIS AMOUNT FOR A BASE MODEL CARI WILL NEVER PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALER OR ALLOW ANYONE ELSE TOO I EXPECTED THIS RESPONSE FROM THE DEALER, CONSIDERING THIS DEALER HAS A F RATING FROM THE Revdex.com Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, La Glenda [redacted]

We inspected the vehicle and verified that the vehicle would not startUpon further inspection, and taking a fuel sample from the vehicle, we found that the fuel in the fuel tank appeared to be Efuel, or the fuel was somehow contaminatedThis is the reason why the vehicle will not start Unfortunately, putting the wrong fuel in, or putting contaminated fuel in, is not covered under Nissan's New Vehicle Limited Warranty because the failure was due to outside influence, and not a factory defectThe customer is more then welcome to contact the gas station where the fuel was purchased, or to contact their insurance company in regards to having the vehicle repaired

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The people at this store are dishonest, deceitful and not trustworthy. At this time I am overwhelmed, I am depressed and upset because of the treatment that I have been receiving from all of those involved with this company, Jennifer and Leslie from the Consumer Affairs Dept, and Justin, Freddy and Rich [redacted] at Western NissanI never would have guessed that I would be going through all of this with my car, and especially being treated like a criminal, all that I did was to follow the instructions on North America Nissan, and that was to take my car in due to a recallI would not be going through the thing that I am going through now, my car would STILL BE in the condition that it was in ( no noise, no shaking, no pulling and no missing partsMr [redacted] has admitted that after driving the car, it does seem that an alignment was not done, he also said that he would replace the missing part (after it had been ordered and delivered ( something that he failed to mention in his responseHe now says that he wants or has to do a diagnosis on the car,of which Jennifer from Consumer Affairs said that I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR, and I felt that I shouldn't have to because Nisssan was responsible for the problems that I am having, especially because NISSAN ALLOWED someone else ( [redacted] TIRE CO) rather than NISSAN THEMSELVES to work on my car, of which NISSAN was not there to see or supervise the work that what was done to/on my car,and that is why I contacted Revdex.com in the first placeMr [redacted] literally called my husband and myself liars, insinuating that the problems that I am experiencing stemmed from another incidentIn a nutshell Western Nissan is responsible for the problems that I am experiencing with my car, the car WAS NOT making noise until AFTER the visit to this store, it WAS NOT pulling neither was the steering wheel jerking, and as far as my discovering the missing part, it was AFTER ( at the advice of an attorney) the certified mechanic told us what the instrument was and where it usually used ( FOR TOWING) after my husband showed him the instrument that was discovered in the back seat of my car, I too showed both the missing part and the instrument to Mr [redacted] and it was then that he offered to replace the part, he said that the car was NOT TOWED, and after driving the car, he said the alignment had not been done, and was upset about it, because he said that NISSAN PAID FOR IT!!i don't trust them because he is so quick to defend the work that was done, but he wasn't there to see what was done, so therefore that makes him a liarI am upset because I believe and I believe that all of those involved with this case knows that they are to blame for what happened to my car, because first and foremost when I left my car, I entrusted the car of my car to Nissan, they ALLOWED SOMEONE ELSE to work on my car, while NISSAN WAS NOT THERE TO SUPERVISE THE WORK!! Nissan is to blame for what happened to my car, and what they ALLOWED TO HAPPEN TO MY CAR Sincerely, Phyllis [redacted]

Hello,We reviewed the original purchase and found that there was a maintenance contract that was purchased through Nissan for this vehicle at the time of saleLooking in the National Service History from Nissan, we see that there have been oil changes performed under the maintenance plan (no charge to the customer) at another Nissan dealerAs far as the maintenance contract is concerned, yes, it is a limited contract and only covers certain maintenance itemsThere was no Extended Warranty contract purchased on this vehicleThat's being said, you are utilizing the Maintenance Contract benefits as it is laid out in the maintenance contractThere will be no further assistance from Western Avenue Nissan at this timeIf you have any further questions, please contact Western Avenue Nissan and we will be happy to answer any questions you have

We reviewed your purchase and found that all of the invoices and contracts were signed by you, indicating that you were aware of the purchase price, the length and terms of the contractWestern Avenue Nissan provided you with the best options available based on down-payment, credit worthiness and
other factorsWe apologize that you have found that the terms were not to your liking, however, there will be no further assistance at this time

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/05/27) */
Western Avenue Nissan reviewed this sale and found that this vehicle was sold to this customer "As-Is" with no warranties expressed or impliedThe customer was made aware of this fact prior to the purchase of this vehicle, and was also advised
that this vehicle was too old to apply for an extended warrantyGiven the age of the vehicle at time of purchase, we found that the vehicle was beyond the General Motors new vehicle limited warranty by over yearsApparently, we had made several requests for the customer to return the vehicle to Western Avenue Nissan to inspect what problems the vehicle was havingThe vehicle never did return to the dealership for serviceFurthermore, we have no idea where the vehicle went for service prior to the customer selling the vehicle and, therefore, cannot be held liable for service work performed at other service facilities
This vehicle was years old at time of purchaseIn order for this customer to enjoy some of the benefits such as a Warranty, Roadside Assistance and trouble free ownership, the customer would have had to purchase a much newer modelThat being said, Western Avenue Nissan would be more than happy to review vehicle purchasing options with this client
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/05/28) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I feel like if the car was that old u should not have sold it to me I didn't even have time to fix the car because the next day after I bought the car it stopped working and the reason why I didn't bring it up there is because I would have had to get it towed back there when I had already spent dollars to get it towed when it stop on the expressway the day after I bought the car so therefore I never even had the car for a whole hours before it completely stop working so I would like another as is car or just take the difference off from the other car
Final Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2015/06/02) */
You purchased this vehicle from Western Avenue Nissan almost years agoAll of the documentation (buyers order, contract, etc.) for this vehicle clearly stated the vehicles age, along with your signature indicating that you were very well aware of the age of the vehicle at the time of purchaseHad you not wanted a vehicle of that age, you should not have bought the vehicleFurthermore, because the vehicle was not towed in to us as we requested, we have no record of what the vehicle needed, nor do we know what work was done to the vehicle after it left our dealershipWe must respectfully deny any further assistance at this time

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10952060, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
Sincerely,
Dian ***

The Fixed Operation Director contacted this customer on 3/14/and invited customer back in to review customer concernsCustomer stated that she would return this week

We apologize for the inconvenience of having to get your vehicle detailed. We will produce and check and send it out todayThank you!

The customer did come in yesterday and I did test drive the vehicle with the customerThe vehicle does shake and pulls to the leftI offered to recheck the vehicle for free, and to replace the tow port bumper coverThe customer stated that he would return yesterday, but never came backIt should be noted that this customer left our store on 3/3/No mention was made about the cover missing, or any of the other problems that this vehicle was havingThe problems that the customer is experiencing (such as brake pulsation) would not be caused by replacing the front springs, however, our offer to inspect the vehicle to find out what is causing these issues is still goodThe items that were replaced on this customers vehicle are covered by NissanThe customer needs to return to the dealership and can wait here until we have a diagnosis

We apologize for the confusion about this purchaseAs it turns out, we were able to find a different lending institution to carry the loan when the first lender backed outThat being said, please contact Tina at *** * *** to sign the contract for the new lender. Thanks Western
Avenue Nissan

The maintenance contract that you purchased covers oil changes and tire rotationsOil changes for your vehicle are not $as you statedYour vehicle takes a synthetic blend oil and the oil changes themselves are more expensiveFurthermore, you received a copy of the policy at the time of your vehicle purchase, disclosing exactly what was covered as well as the price of the contract. We reviewed the vehicle service history and found that you have had all oil changes and tire rotations completed, thus, exhausting the amount of maintenance that you purchased as part of your contract. The option to purchase an extended warranty would have been made available to you prior to purchase of your vehicleIf you declined the extended warranty at that time, you still have the option to extend the warranty through Nissan if you wish

I WOULD LIKE A EXPLANATION OF 8,000 TO 10,000 ADD TO MY ACCOUNT. THE RETAIL ORDER IS 17,000. THIS IS INSANE. FOR THIS AMOUNT FOR A BASE MODEL CAR. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALER OR ALLOW ANYONE ELSE TOO.  I EXPECTED THIS RESPONSE FROM THE DEALER, CONSIDERING THIS DEALER HAS A F RATING FROM THE Revdex.com.

Hello,We reviewed the original purchase and found that there was a maintenance contract that was purchased through Nissan for this vehicle at the time of sale. Looking in the National Service History from Nissan, we see that there have been oil changes performed under the maintenance plan (no...

There was no Extended Warranty contract purchased on this vehicle. That's being said, you are utilizing the Maintenance Contract benefits as it is laid out in the maintenance contract. To whom it may concern: This letter is in response to a complaint against Western Avenue Nissan regarding the purchase of a 2013 [redacted] by this customer. Western Avenue Nissan accepted payment of $1900.00 down for this purchase of this vehicle. Western Avenue Nissan then applied for a loan...

on the customer’s behalf with a lending institution. The lending institution had requested more information (specifically, banking documents for the co-signer of the loan) from the customer in order to complete the loan transaction. Upon hearing the request from the lending institution, Western Avenue Nissan made several attempts to contact this customer over a 2 week period. The lending institution attempted to contact this customer several times as well, and there was no response from the customer. The customer also failed to answer the “Welcome Call” from the lender. When the customer failed to respond to the lenders calls, the vehicle loan was declined.   The lending institution then declined the loan due to lack of contact with the customer and incomplete documentation, which they are within their right to do. The lending institution advised Western Avenue Nissan that this customers loan was declined. Once the loan was declined, Western Avenue Nissan attempted to contact the customer again in order to have the customer return the vehicle to the dealer. When no response was received by the customer, Western Avenue Nissan hired a recovery company to retrieve the vehicle from the customer. The vehicle was located by the recovery company and brought back to Western Avenue Nissan. Western Avenue Nissan then refunded this customer their $1900.00 down payment.   Thank you Western Avenue Nissan

I am rejecting this response because: When I got the contract I was told that it covered all of the items such as (brake pads, rotors, etc.).  Instead it only covered 6 oil changes for $1,000.00.  I would have never paid $1000 for 6 oil changes when you can get an oil change for $20 and they inspect all of the items that they told me they would fix/repair if needed with in 36 months or 30,000 miles.  It is a total rip off to even charge a person $1,000 for 6 oil changes.  I was told that if I needed brakes, pads or rotors that it was covered under the extended service agreement, not just 6 oil changes.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Mr. [redacted],We apologize about the billing mix-up. I have reviewed this with my Accounts Receivable Department and have corrected the error.Thank you, Rich [redacted]
