Attached is the signed contract and terms and conditions of the contract There is no date on the contract to start by or have it completed by At the time [redacted] 's husband [redacted] signed the contract (signed on 5/20/16) we were approximately weeks out to start the project This is only an approximation as it varies daily as more projects are turned in every day From the time we start a project we were approximately 1-1/to weeks out to finish the project Also attached are the emails for the last couple of days between [redacted] and Tony (sales estimator) As you can see he has answered him and has not brushed the customer off We apologize for being work day behind on the start of their project according to the time frame as we have had some issues with the construction manager We did start their project on Monday 6/6/16, we were out there again yesterday (6/7/16) and finished the tear out of the old fence and dug the post holes & set the posts It will be a few more days before we can finish the fence and they will receive a phone call just like before letting them know that we will be out there again
