I am rejecting this response because:1st off I've already paid for this They still have not produce a receipts for what I've already paid for in detail period cause there is no way I would pay for 7 tickets and this one not being on there I made it clear as they did that that ticket was on there when I paid they are comiting fraud. I have asked for a receipts 3 different times and still nothing. I should not have to pay any more I have documents and witness that they were even trying to charge me twice for that same ticket

The court later detected their error, it was corrected, and our Client Services Director promptly notified you of this by telephone.Our record of that call indicates the information was not well received, and your frustration with the situation was strongly communicated. We received a subsequent call from you on 2/15/17 asserting the outstanding item has been paid. The numerical correction was again explained. Both calls ended abruptly by representatives being hung up on. Today's complaint provides another opportunity to resolve the matter in a professional manner. We regret the oversight of one citation not being included in the amount paid 1/30/17. We waived $1,402.00 of the total amount due on the citations that were paid at that time. In response to your request to resolve this matter, we offer a solution. Although we do not have the authority to delete the outstanding citation, we are happy to again offer a settlement to help you conclude your business. This option is to pay in full for less than the total judgment amount due. The total due at this time is $866.10. Western Collection Bureau, Inc. is willing to give a 30% discount - and this offer is good through July 31, 2017. If you wish to accept this offer, please contact our office on or before July 31, 2017 to pay/settle for $606.00.
