I have a meeting set up with Mr*** At 10:am on 10/28/at which time I will inspect his vehicle and resolve his concearns. Mr*** was on vacation the week of 10/15-21/and could not be reached. He responded to my calls and emails on 10/23/2017.Tell us why here
