The consumer contacted Western Control Services, Inc(WCS) on 6/22/16. Our representative advised him that since he was represented by an attorney we needed to speak to his attorney. The consumer responded by stating he didn’t want to involve the attorney because of the cost and

WCS doesn’t understand why the consumer is stating that WCS won’t refund the $274.00. Since the account is now paid WCS has directed the credit bureaus to delete this claim from their records

If the consumer will contact WCS, WCS will be happy to work out a payment arrangement to pay this claim. WCS will also reconsider the credit reporting isssue.
