The consumer contacted Western Control Services, Inc(WCS) on 6/22/16. Our representative advised him that since he was represented by an attorney we needed to speak to his attorney. The consumer responded by stating he didn’t want to involve the attorney because of the cost and
that he was mailing a check or money orderA payment for $was received and posted to the consumer’s account on 6/30/16. WCS doesn’t understand why the consumer is stating that WCS won’t refund the $274.00. Since the account is now paid WCS has directed the credit bureaus to delete this claim from their records

April 26, A paid report was sent to the credit bureaus by Western Control Services, Inc(WCS) on 4/25/to the credit bureaus. The consumer called WCS on 4/25/and requested a paid in full letter be mailed. A paid in full letter was generated on 4/25/to the consumer by
WCS as requested. On April 26, WCS sent a manual report to the credit bureaus instructing them to delete this claimThe consumer is more than welcome to contact WCS should the consumer not receive the paid in letter in a timely manner or if the consumer has any other issues with the credit bureaus concerning this matterSincerely, *** *** *** ***

payment plan at this time and kept his agreement the claim would not have been reported to the credit bureaus. The consumer made a payment after the claim had already been reported to the credit bureaus. No payment plan was in place.
If the consumer will contact WCS, WCS will be happy to work out a payment arrangement to pay this claim. WCS will also reconsider the credit reporting isssue.
