Ms***, In reference to the case #***, there are a number of inaccuracies that were reported to youMrs*** states that the work that was done on her home was incompleteI personally went out and met with Mr*** with a copy of the report and diagram that the original
inspector had drawn up detailing what was to be doneI thoroughly went through the report with Mr*** and pointed out each area that had been repairedThe areas that Mr*** pointed out that he claimed needed repair were not only not on the report, but did not have any infestation or rot issuesThe wood was just older and it's strength and integrity is intactI told Mr*** this and he was satisfied with my response at that timeI have been in this industry for years and have inspected many homesI believe I can make an educated judgement on what is and is not a wood destroying organismAfter we walked the home, Mr*** handed me payment for the work, which I did not ask for, and I left the propertyThe completion form and report have been mailed out to the ***s at least three times through regular mail and once by Certified mailWe even sent a copy of the field diagram with the inspectors handwritten notes which we normally do not sendThey have a copy of every piece of paperwork that was generated, including the Notice Of Completion which it clearly states on that form.It is our opinion that we fulfilled our obligations according to the report that was given to the ***sWe have attempted to contact them several times as we are well aware of their dissatisfaction of what they feel was not completedThey have not responded to any of our callsPlease feel free to contact me if you need further information on this issue Best regards, *** *** Operations Manager Western Exterminator Company

I am rejecting this response because: we need someone to take a look at the work western exterminator have done. My husband said it was not what [redacted] and my husband agreed on.  He said to have someone come over and take a look at the work done and to look at the paper work send to us.  I asked him if he have received a certified letter.  He never saw a certified letter. I told him, [redacted] have told [redacted] at Revdex.com, he sent us a certified letter and he called a few times. He checked the answering machine on a daily basis, there's no message left by western exterminator.  [redacted] have told you, they have send the paper work at least three times. You could take a look at the paper work sent to us. Two of the paper work have the same date on it with different information on it.  Please have someone else look at the work done. Once again, I asked the mailman if we received a certified letter and we're not home to received it. He said he would leave us a noticed to pick it up at the post office or to have it redeliver. I really don't know what [redacted] is talking about. I'm not satisfied with the respond western exterminator gave. Why can't the manager from their office take a look at the work done? My husband will show him exactly why the work is incomplete.  I rather have his opinion. That's what I'm requesting. Thank you

Review: After late night and early calls I called requesting that we not be contacted at inappropriate times. Tech that was sent was not doing a thorough job and I requested a new tech and even the supervisor agreed that "he goes to fast and needs to slow down". The straw that broke the camels back was they were requested to come out for a other than maintenance call (that they bill for) I was tolda day in which the tech ([redacted]) would be out and be no showed and didn't call. After 2 calls for a manager to return my call, they did not call. Part of our contract was for in between visits if needed and we paid for and were not given that service. Poor communication. Poor service. Would not even honorRequest for new tech. Would never do business with them again. So sad the termite repair side was wonderful when we had a real estate business but residential is subpar.Desired Settlement: Would like partial refund since they did fulfill their end of the contract

Review: Western rep. Lied to us to gain possesion of our home key.also stated he was in control of fumigation process, when in fact was not present during fumigation procedure.he also promised that our key would be in his safe possession until job was completed, at which time he would hand it to us personally. He never did that,in fact he never contacted us to inform us our home was ready for reentry, to explain the warranty, to close the job out! Sometime during all this our home was burglarized, when we called western, they did not respond to our disturbing loss,only told us it was in the contract we signed and they were not liable, no apologies, just a bill which we did not want to pay until police investigation was completed, they then turned us in to a collection agency. There practices are inexcusable, I fear they will continue to do this to others.Desired Settlement: Full refund, credit issues resolved, an explanation would be nice
