Western Exterminators

Review: For nearly 25 years, I have been a Western customer. Throughout those years, Western performed ant eradication treatments when needed (usually once a year) and always without additional cost. Most recently, Western sent me a $145 bill for that same service, which was performed on August 7, 2014. However, I never received any notification beforehand--either orally or in writing by anyone, including the service technician who performed the service--that Western now charges extra for this service.Desired Settlement: I have cancelled my monthly service contract with Western. And I have explained to them twice (in a letter mailed September 13, 2014, and then again on October 11, 2014) that I was never informed I would be charged for any ant eradication treatment. I request that Western stop seeking payment for this "bill," and that they consider my account closed and "paid in full." I also ask that they remove their rat traps from my property, a request I have made repeatedly to no avail.
