I was promised a 3-week completion for my project, they made so many mistakes during it, that they still haven't fixed all of themIt's been months nowThey never return calls, I had to chase them around every step of the way
Customer service is the worst I've ever experiencedThey always say that they are very busy, (with some other project) that's their problemThey take in so much work, that they don't have time to do each project properly They rush
through it, making mistakes, and then take forever to fix themProject manager never showed up to meet me, never called
They had to add to the roof, and failed to make a flat transition, roof has a step now, and they laid shingles on topThey also never connected bathroom vent back the way it was, so it was loose in the attic for weeks with moist air coming out of itNever even told me about it, so I could fix it sooner
Some work that we agreed on I did myself, and the they never adjusted the price
Bottom line, if you need a new roof, find someone who cares more about your house then these guys
Siding was done good, Windows fine as well

Very disappointing experience:
1) poor site plan; no plan for materials; just dropped off blocking "position" for dumpster which blocked entire driveway
2) no supervisor on site; had truck problems; then dog problems; could not be on the job
3) workers walked off job delaying completionHead person on job never returned; no reason given
3) tarps used were tattered and split causing debris to damage plantingsoffered to buy new tarp! but instead tipped workers and provided food and drink
4) promised to cover spa with plywood and tarps; never doneBut damage was minimal to deck and surround
5) $10K job and wanted all payment (except $1K) before there were any new shingles installed and half the roof had not even been stripped of old tiles
6) bay window roofs are an embarrassment; very shabby job; no expertise available on how this should be done
7) bay window roofs have to be redone at high further expense to me
8) promised to leave left over shingles for me in case of a replacement need This was not done
9) with no supervisor, communication with workers very limited as they did not speak English
10) did not live up to commitment to do job in 1-daysTook with dumpster completely blocking driveway access
11) Have photos that depict poor job on bay window roofsThese will be forwarded to Sturdy Home Impfor their records to record this complaint of poor workmanship
12) Promised a written guarantee from CertainTeed which was never received
