As Operations Manager at ***, I selected Western Fire Supply for a fireplace replacementI am very unsatisfied with their customer serviceThey dropped the ball numerous times in a month long periodThe home is now pending to be bought, two months later, and cannot be purchased because their permits have never been closed outThrough the process, there was no communication, and as soon as they were paid, they began dropping the ball on key parts of the processI used this company because they were rated high for customer satisfactionThey held up to absolutely non of their promisesNot only are we unhappy, but as the general Contractor of this job, our customers are beside themselves as wellPlease use extreme caution with this companyI'm not real sure they are extremely knowledgeable in their field of work
We just had our 2 gas fireplaces serviced by a very competent technician. We have owned the stoves for 2 years and they perform remarkably well. During our recent power outage we forgot how to tun them on manually. In additions to cleaning and "rejuvenating" our stoves he thoroughly instructed us on how to get the stoves going manually during a power outage. The service was invaluable!
