My husband was in a car accident on April Its know May
We have been given the run around with different adjusterThey were on the verge of denied the claim due to the person refuse to calling them backI am also confuse on how they can give somebody coverage after the fact of the accidentThey have caller id and they will refuse to answer your callsMy 1st call from an adjuster (Mr*** after the claim had been approve to be paid was my car is a total loss and I have that in a voice massageThen *** Called me back and said it was all a big mistake that they were going to pay t get it fixThe check was sent out on the 8th and its the 14th and no checkThe supervisor Rcobbs was very rudeHe refused to give me any info on who owns the company

Never have I left a Revdex.com review but this company has me furiousI wish I had read the Revdex.com reviews & Yelp reviews before signing up! On Yelp customers talk about how they will try to find excuses to not pay the claimWell yup they did this for me including stalking my Facebook page to find reasonsThey brought up post I made from years before I even had them trying to say I have an at home business and because of that it's considered a company car and they will not cover company carsThey are a joke and I'm looking into filing a class action law suit against them for all thisWorst insurance company I've ever had to deal with and on top of that their customer service is horrible Adrian B*** is a joke and so incredibly rude

Carla from the customer support team literally laughed at me and threatened to hang up on me because I was demanding answers she couldn't answer because they're so full of it !!! Her supervisor RONALD CDoes not cooperate what so everMy so called adjuster Jerry *** has never given the time to give me a call nor a call back after continuously calling him and leaving voice mailsKeep in mind we are now in NOVEMBER and they claim their insured doesn't answer their phone so the claim will be denied !! (Yea right) Please stay as far away as possible from these people !!! I'm reporting them to the State department of insurance and calling my local news Channel

Western General has the worst customer service I have encountered with an auto insturance company ! They do not return calls, nor do they answer callsThe wait time is usually an hour or more to get someone on the phoneThey will not answer questions directly, instead they read from a script, which can be very frustratingI'm amazed that this company is in business ! I am still waiting for my claim to be reviewed, car accessed for damages and some answers on why this is taking almost weeks to for them to accept liablity for something that is clearly their responsibilityDO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY ! THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN ~

The paperwork this insurance company gave me, when I signed up, was very vague. It doesn't give much information. I would say it's more of a scam than insurance company. When I got my billing information in the mail, I noticed that things just didn't add up. I would be paying way more than they made it sound at first. I cancelled it after 19 days. Unfortunately for me, they had asked for a $120 down payment. When I called to ask when I could expect my refund, they said the $120 down payment is also used as a cancellation fee. I'm sure it's in the policy details somewhere, but they never gave me a copy of it I wanted to report this as fraud to my bank

It took them 5 days to "try and assume liability" and then 5 days later they told me that the policy was cancelled.

As*clowns. All of them. I proudly say screw you Western General and everything you stand for.

This company is HORRIBLE ! BUYER BEWARE....it took weeks to have my car repaired...you will NEVER get a return call nor you will NEVER get through to anyone. If it is because it's cheap insurance there are plenty of other cheap companies to go with...

On February 12, 2016 I was involved in an automobile accident, the young lady ran a stop sign and hit me.
All the appropriate steps have been taken in resolving this issue with Western General. It has been 6 months since the accident I am still in need of medical care that I can't get because Western General insurance haven't paid any of the medical bills thus far and still won't give me approval for medical attention. At this point Western General Insurance hasn't reimbursed me for my work van.
Western General Insurance has employed every tactic to delay my claim resulting in no medical attention. First Western General changed adjusters on me after about a month, the second adjuster found reason to send claim to underwriting and for some funny reason the file was passed on to litigation where it remains now.
What's funny about all this? The funny part is Western General already has a recorded statement from the other driver claiming fault!
At this point I am not able to work because I can't get the medical attention I need for a concussion, whiplash and 2 bulging disc in my neck. Not being able to work I am on the brink of losing house everything!

My son was rear ended on 3/4/15. Today is 4/17/15 and Western General has been giving me the run around. Every time I call I get sent to someones voicemail. NO ONE returns my calls and it has been over a month since the accident. The guy who hit my son had Western General Insurance and they are responsible for fixing the damage to our car. It took over a week to get an actual person on the phone. She sent someone out to get an estimate on ho much damage was done to our car. Since then we have been leaving voicemails for our adjuster ([redacted]), his supervisors and the customer service people. NO ONE will call us back. I talked to a customer service rep today that told me she gets calls like this ALL THE TIME, and that it is a common problem with this company. You know it's bad when someone that works at the company tells you that. I really hope Western General comes through soon and fixes my sons car. I have been very patient, but over a month with this type of response is NOT acceptable. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
