Good afternoon. I wanted to respond to the letter we received regarding id # [redacted].I have been in contact with [redacted] via phone and email, I have obtained all the necessary documents to cancel her home and auto policies with Safeco back to the 10-5-2013 date.  All documents have...

been submitted to Safeco whom I spoke with today and they are processing.  It takes a little longer time since we are going back so far.  I learned from [redacted] that her current agent [redacted] was the one supposedly sending the documents to Safeco, and [redacted] mentioned she had forwarded them to our Cortez office, but in future discussion determined the fax number she used was not for our office. I emailed [redacted] today to let her know that Safeco stated it will be another week at least for the complete processing of the cancellation – I will confirm with [redacted] once all is completed and the premium has been refunded. If anything additional is needed from our office, please let me know.     This client is actually with our Cortez location, but I manage both Durango and Cortez office.   Vanessa R[redacted] CIC, CISRWestern Group, Inc. - Durango[redacted]
