The author of this last message, Alan H***, is reporting that the Revdex.com controls personal identity information when, in actuality, this complainant's concerns are how the subject company of this complaint, Credit Advisory Group, handles this writer's personal identity information on the company's part, not that of Revdex.com as the author questionably points out on his last correspondenceNotably, in the event that the refund is not granted soon, additional legal steps to collect same shall be pursued. In the interim, this is a stern warning, once again and for the final round, demanding that this writer's personal identity information not be disclosed to any third party and be deleted from its physical and electronic files as, in part, an extension to federal privacy laws for which are enforceable and actionable for non-compliance. Apologize for the confusion. We were supposed to assist in consolidating your federal student loans. We worked on your file and Jess spoke with both you and your daughter in regarding the private loans. [redacted] was waiting for your instructions on the consolidations so we can then repair your...

credit. Regardless, We prefer to fully refund your fee in full today as opposed to having a dissatisfied  Cleint . It will be returned to same account right away. Please call us should you have any questions or chose to revisit this in the future.

The clients desired resolution of a $199 refund is accepted. Although we preformed the service past the initial round, our clients satisfaction comes before anything else. The refund will be processed today and a refund receipt will be emailed to our client by end of business today.

I spoke with the Revdex.com's mediator "[redacted]" and he asked that I respond to the complaint even though the complaint is supposed to be fully withdrawn and [redacted] also advised that my organization will be unaffected by this complaint in any way due to the fact that the consumer left...

Client "charged back" the fees in question. The charge back was won in our favor.  Id still like to have a satisfied client. That said, Their were 5 payments received of $99. We will Refund in full via check or wire.

Please see attached proof. The file was enrolled less than 60 days ago. I've attached proof showing the date the work was completed, the scope of work and the date of expected results of the investigations. The Client is correct about the FCRA 30 day rule, However an inaccurate description . From...

the date in which the credit bureaus receive the investigation requests, They then make the requests to all the creditors. 30 days later, The credit bureaus  mail the results via regular mail.    This takes can take an average of 45 days and with the recent equifax breach, potentially slightly longer. We started this file with partial payment of only $150 dollars in good faith. We then collected another $150 on the clients time line . We are still due the $150 open amount which we are willing to forfeit in an effort to make the client happy. If we fail to do our job properly and correct the innacurate reportings, We are willing to refund in full but the procedure is to simply update a report on day 60 to compare to the intiial file. if we find that our work wasn’t succesful, we would refund however these circumstances lead us to believe that our client wants the work done for free and would prefer to use the Revdex.com as a forum to do so.   please see  link the FTC's legal language on the process and timeline  [redacted] In closing, The 60 day period is 10 days away. If when a fresh report is pulled, there are no changes, we would certainly revisit this and offer a refund without requiring third party mediation. We have the intitial reports for simple side -by -side comparison.

Notwithstanding the complaint's details for which will not be re-iterated herein, the response is not acceptable for the following reasons:1)  In the response, the company's own link to the FTC's Disputing Errors on Credit Reports specifically states "Credit reporting companies must investigate the items in question--usually within 30 days--unless they consider your dispute frivolous.  When the investigation is complete, the credit reporting company must give you the results in writing and a free copy of your report if the dispute results in a change."  Here, as admitted to and pointed out in the subject company's response, it has been close to 60(!) days and no response has been received, let alone any changes to the deleted items.  Had a favorable outcome been reached, this complaint would not have been submitted.  This is undeniably contrary to the FTC language disclosed.  The reference to a delay because of the Equifax breach holds no merit as same has not affected the two other credit bureaus.2)  The response does not address the numerous failures in returning recent recorded messages, an inference to the lack of intention in addressing this consumer's inquiry on the part of the subject company.  Additionally, promises by both reps "Phil and Thomas" two weeks ago that they would request a refund approval from the owner, Alan H[redacted], were not fulfilled given the aforesaid, let alone they did not circle back to discuss.  Follow-up phone message and e-mail inquiries over the last several days were not answered, nor did reps return the phone call of the intermediary mortgage company loan officer, Mr. Joseph V[redacted].  The owner/founder, Alan H[redacted], was very enthusiastic initially during a conference call wherein he promised results within the 30-day turnaround time, collected payments successfully yet, when this issue came up, he did not have the courtesy in returning phone call.  This consumer is not interested in getting a free service.  The simple fact is that company's business model did not work here and, therefore, a refund of the paid $300 is owed.  3)  All personal information must be deleted and kept in compliance with federal privacy laws; a confirmation of same is also hereby demanded.4)  The response fails to address the handling of the confidential personal identifies that it holds for which, to date, it is responsible for and subject to privacy laws enforced by federal agencies.  This writer demands a complete deletions of the entire personal identification information and non-disclosure to any third party.5)  Lastly, should a refund is issued and privacy commitment is given to include deletion of the records, including e-mail documents that the company received, the complainant willing to withdraw matter voluntarily from the Revdex.com.Be guided accordingly.
