Arizona is a self help repossession state. A court ordered replevin is not required to repossess a Joan in default. The loan document you signed to secure the financing of your vehicle has a default clause. This clause states you me responsible to pay all charges incurred in the recovery of the vehicle. The inventory, removal and storage of personnel items are your responsibility to pay.WIRB was hired to conduct a professional recovery of your vehicle. At no time did WIRB have any contact with you prior to or during the recovery of your vehicle that was ordered repossessed by your lender. You contacted WIRB the day after your vehicle was repossessed to make arrangements to pick up the items in the vehicle. When you picked up your items. vou paid the fee and signed the inventory receipt with out reservation or concern.Your vehicle was not stolen: it was repossessed on order of your lender. WIRB considers your complaint closed.[redacted]WlRB. Inc.

Mr [redacted] contacted us on 5-20 to receive his personal belongings.  Our procedure is administrative fee $30 as well as $5 per day for property.  Unit was repossessed, Not impounded and this was explained to Mr [redacted]. He asked to speak to the Manager, I was more than polite in letting him...

know I was the Manager.  At no time did Mr [redacted] ask for my boss.  Unit recovered on 5-19-2015 and items picked up from customer 5-20-15 after he paid our fee $40.  Customer came in on the 20th, signed our documents and paid $40.  He at that time did not mention any issues or problems with paying the fee. Per Contract he is responsible for all fees in Lieu of default as well as Repo and any other applicable fees due.   [redacted]Phoenix ManagerWIRB, Inc

They refused to speak to me. It was not my request that the trailer be towed to the outside of their property. They did tell me that if I could produce the title, registration, and identification, they would speak to me but that they were going to deal with the family member and I needed to get him in touch with them. I absolutely did not request the trailer be towed to the outside of the property as what I wanted was the trailer returned to the location it was taken from with authorization.

In response to your comment.   The said Trailer was bolted and secured to the unit being repossessed.  After recovery, bolt was removed and trailer was made available to the registered owner. We received a call from owner of the trailer, demanding return of the trailer. We informed...

him to bring a copy of Title, Registration and ID and he could pick up the unit at no charge. The Registered owner of the Repo, signed for and picked up the personal property of repo'd unit, the trailer was part of that.  Trailer was towed outside to the street per registered owner's request.
