The Owner did go out after business hours to help fix some of the issues, the discounted price was negotiated weeks before any discussion of putting a lien on the propertyWestern Maintenance tried to get the HVAC contractors license but the gentleman would never call back or send his licenseWestern Maintenance never scammed these homeowners, Western tried everything to fix the issues at hand

Work Completed 1. Measured from ground to floor joist to determine lowest area in crawlspace. 2. Dug small trench from high to low to help evacuate water to pump area. 3. Lowered grade at area and dug down...
below grade to install 5 gal bucket/basin with inlet holes. Installed 1-1/2 rock at basin to inhibit dirt and mud from getting into basin. 4. Installed new sump pump in basin and connected to GFCI outlet. 5. Installed PVC piping with backflow valve at pump to exterior splash block to direct water away from building. 6. Installed new plastic vapor barrier on crawlspace ground. 7. Exclusions, to include permit excluded and not included per contract. 8. Project meets and exceeds all contracted obligations.
