If your looking to get scammed from a dealership , Western motors and sam is the place to visit I bought my Audi Afrom western motors on 11/08/2018, since the day I got it I complained about issues with the car and took it right back but the owner said it was and nothing is wrong Few days later issues were getting worst and worst so I took it into Audi dealership Audi confirmed that he sold me the car with many recalls and plus the car had over $7,worth of repairs that needs to be done for the car to be safe to driveI contacted the owner many times but all he said is " I should of bought the warranty and that he cannot help me because he left for vacations for months after selling me the car and let me remind you this is the owner of the dealership

First of all, the person that did the application never said it was an applicationHe just said sign here, here, and there and never explained what I was signing; to me that is not professional customer careAn interest rate that goes from 2.19% that was promised to over 3% is not a quality careI understand that staff tried to remedy THEIR error by talking to the bankThe bank told me they NEVER offer the interest rate I was quoted and are not sure why I was quoted that; that is not good quality careSecond I was promised free complete car detailsThey were going to mail them the following morningI STILL HAVE NOT received themMore broken promisesYou value my money, not me as a customerI understand I signed the application and I take responsibility for trusting a sales person and not reading every single detail

The service was unprofessional, rude, and disrespectfulI called to discuss services on purchasing a vehicleAfter which I was disappointed with the callThey did not announce who they were or the company's nameI did not wish to do business with them and ended the callHowever, they begone to harass me by continuing to call and message meThey began to insult me and call me a childI ask them not to contact me anymore and they continuedI felt very uncomfortable with this company's employee having my contact information
