Attached please find the contracts with the rooferThe original was signed with the expectation on my part that the entire roof would be replacedThey wanted the second because they said that the original only addressed replacement of the addition and an additional layer on the main structureThis was despite the fact that the main structure proved to already have layers of roof tile, which I now understand precluded adding another layer as that would have been a code violationThe images document the gutter damage and mess, which at this point have been adequately addressedPlease note the picture of the excess tiles that remained after completion of the roofTo my eye this is about equal to the amount actually used The name of the subcontractor who completed the work was Andrew K***At this point in time I am asking that the contracted chimney work be refunded to me in the amount of $I would also like the written warranty he promised me

I've gotten in contact with the client and he's told me about everything he wanted done and we've came back to make sure he was completely satisfied the roof is complete and the clean up done

We have been back to the job site on several occasions every care and concern that the client has had was addressed the property has been be cleaned the roofing work has been done the chimneys have had work as described on paper completed the contract has been emailed on a few occasions I'm unsure if he's received them

I'd be happy to refund him 500 in cash to satisfy our contract even though the work was done and we'll have a written warranty in hand.. Please contact me to resolve this issue
