7/6/18 paid deposit of $3425.00 for bathroom repair due to food damage in our home. Insurance company ( [redacted] ) said this company has done work for them in the past. I had no idea who to call or what to do, so I contacted them they gave estimate for replacement of floor, vanity, tub, surround, and removal and reinstall of commode. Also was going to replace flooring in portion of Master Bedroom closet, add new matting and replace existing carpet, as not damaged as water amaged the flooring in there. Work was to begin within 5 days of receipt of deposit. Contractor asked us to look for vanty replacement and flooring replacement. He was ordering the tub and surround. He gave us measurements for the vanity and flooring. found the vanity for less then budgeted amount as well as flooring, also under budget. Contractor noted the flooring was not what he would have picked, but we had tile and wanted aother tile not the vinyl roll he suggested. Work began, subflooring came out, old vanity cam

I was getting no hot water in my mobile home WNY Mobile Home Service came out, tried to light my hot water tank and could not I was told my hot water tank was shot and was charged $for absolutely doing nothing The owner came out two days later and looked at the hot water tank and said I need a new one for about $ I called a different mobile home service company for a second opinion, they did some trouble shooting, lit my hot water tank and it has been working ever since They did not charge me one dime for their timeI did not need a new hot water tank after all
