The day after your last communication of 7/18/to me I received a call from the person who stated he was the foreman on our driveway paving job by NY Western Sealers. He stated that he just heard about our problem,came and saw our driveway,and said the defective areas were caused by vehicles turning wheels while backing up on a hot day(During the paving process we were never told that this could cause a problem.) The foreman said he would seal the driveway without charge, and that this would minimize the problemYesterday (8/8) A crew did come and sealed the drivewayWhile the defects are still there, they are not as noticable, and further sealings should continue to improve the appearanceWhile I am now satisfied with the result, I would not use this business for future sealingsThank you again for your assistance.*** ***

phone response from Jason - This is something we will address and fix in the spring as the asphalt plants are closed down for winter.

I have spoken with Mr. [redacted] about the damage of the garage door and siding.  In the next 2-3 week when the weather gets a little more favorable I will have a proffessional give me an estimate on repairing the damage.  We fully intend on covering all of the cost and make right the damage...
