I would like to address the complaints submitted by [redacted] .In regards to the skylights, the [redacted] ’s opted out ofthem in order to save money. The siding on the house was previously damaged prior to ourbeginning work. The drop box is delivered by a third party, the [redacted] property has limited access as it is positioned on a hill and is very difficultto get to, it was in fact resting on legs due to the fact it was on a slope. As these drop boxes are very large and very heavy, we felt it did not pose orpresent a risk and was deemed safe by our foreman.Metal flashings were not replaced but rather painted as theydid not need to be replaced and were a savings to the customer. Our industry is a seasonal industry, we have a small windowof time to complete our work, for anyone that works longer than hours aweek, they are compensated in compliance with Oregon Labor Law.The water diverting cricket in the dead valley area was notinstalled initially due to an oversight and failure to communicate by ourinstallerOne we were made aware of this it was taken care of and is nowinstalled correctly.Ice and water was not installed initially due to lack ofcommunication on our part between the estimator and the roofing installers, itwas corrected and installed.A 3rd party inspector was chosen by the [redacted] ’s and according to the inspector, all work was completedsatisfactorily. All issues have been resolved and homeowners have statedthat they are happy

Worst experience I've ever had to deal with from a company who is supposedly suppose to be there for you when you need themLet me share my experience
On Wednesday 3/9/we had them out for an estimate due to wind damage to our roofThe guy that came out was very nice and said he had no problem helping us work with our Insurance company, obvious wind damageWe waited several days for the estimate and received no follow up at allMy Insurance adjuster came out on Saturday and spent very little time on the roof due to rainy and windy conditionsHe said that the obvious damage was to half the roof and cut me a check for thatWhen I explained that the roofer who was out stated the other half was lifting and unsealed as well ad would soon have shingles flying off like the rest my adjuster said he was open to working with him, he just needed the estimate and to talk with himMy adjuster openly stated he didn't spend much time on the side not missing shinglesI called the roofer the day my adjuster was here (Saturday) and no one called back.I called again Monday and left another messageHe called back and apologized stating his wife was pregnant and they were in the hospitalI told him I totally understood, explained what the Adjuster needed and he said he would send the estimate to both him and I that day and would call himI received nothig from him nor did my adjusterI set him text messages around 1pm on Tuesday stating I didn't want to bug him with all he had going on but needed someone to follow upI received no response I called the office around 3:PM Tuesday and explained to the receptionist what was going on and said I didn't blame the roofer as his wife may be having a baby but I needed someone in charge to step in and follow upShe said she would call me right backNo call back ever! I waited until PM on Wednesday ( now a full week since he was out to our home) called the office again, different receptionist I explained the situation again and said again I get he was handling stuff but I needed someone to step in for him to handle thingsShe apologized, said she agreed and stated there were no notes with my info on the situation but would definitely get things figured out and someone would call me back soonNo call back at all again!
Now the Adjuster is back home in Nevada ( I didn't realize they had national response teams that travel around)I now must wait another week and have a new adjuster out because no one provided an estimate or info on their findings
For a company who supposedly prides itself for being there when you need them they sure do have huge flaws in their business process that allow customers to fall through the cracks and be hung out to dryIve been a Manager In the sales and service arena for over years and this is by far the worst I have ever been treated and I've dealt with more then a few poorly laidout businessesTaking care of customers is what I manage to so I fully understand mistakes are made and I always hope customers will give my teams a shot to make up for those mistakesSome do and we take a loss at times to make sure we make it more then rightThe value of the business is its reputation, when a customers says your Companies name you want it to shineThat's my expectation for my teams and should be for yours

I attempted to get an estimate for roof repairs Josh cancelled an hour before he was supposed to meet Finally got together with him weeks later It took him days to get an estimate to me and it did not include what was requested He had never wrote anything down Requested he correct the estimate for what I desired He said he would get right back to me Three days later I called him again for the estimate Said he would get it to me later that day Three more days and still no estimate I called the office and told them to keep their estimate If they can't manage their estimating, they probably can't do the work either He was supposed to be their best estimator

limited access as it is positioned on a hill and is very difficultto get to, it was in fact resting on 3 legs due to the fact it was on a slope. As these drop boxes are very large and very heavy, we felt it did not pose orpresent a risk and was deemed safe by our foreman.Metal flashings were not replaced but rather painted as theydid not need to be replaced and were a savings to the customer. Our industry is a seasonal industry, we have a small windowof time to complete our work, for anyone that works longer than 40 hours aweek, they are compensated in compliance with Oregon Labor Law.The water diverting cricket in the dead valley area was notinstalled initially due to an oversight and failure to communicate by ourinstaller.
