Customer did originally purchase model MPF-820793” pizza prep table from us, he later agreed to accept the MPF-8203, and he also agreed to the partial refund that we processed back to his credit card for the price difference between the unitsIf the customer didn't want the MPF-8203, then he should not have accepted delivery of the unit, and used the unit for monthsThe unit is under a PARTS warranty, which does not include LABORCustomer is insisting we provide labor at his location, however the warranty DOES NOT COVER LABOR in his area, which is outside San Diego countyThe warranty only covers partsWe can provide labor if he brings the unit down to our location, however.Regards,Western Pacific Wholesale

Dear Revdex.com,Regarding complaint ID # [redacted] Customer purchased a model MPF-820793" pizza prep table from usA month later, the customer stated he was not happy and wanted a new modelWe were currently sold out of the model he had, however we offered another 93" pizza prep table model MPF-The customer came down to our store, looked at the new model, and AGREED to accept delivery of that new modelWe delivered the new model, and picked up his original unitThe original unit was filthy, uncleaned, and missing all the pansNot an acceptable returnIn hindsight we should have refused the return in that conditionCustomer signed for the delivery of the new unitCustomer eventually mailed the pans back, and we refunded him the difference of the cost of the unitsIn December, the customer called us with a warranty claim issueWe offered to send him the parts he needed to fix the unitCustomer insisted on us sending a repairmanWe explained to him that his unit is under a parts warranty, that does not include laborCustomer is in [redacted] , CA and outside our serviceman's area, so he would need to hire a serviceman in his areaCustomer refused our offer for partsWe consider this to be a closed matter, as the customer has refused warranty assistance, and his item is well outside any return time frameCustomer DID receive what he ordered and agreed to.Regards,Western Pacific Wholesale

Western pacific whole sale told me that is can return it if I want and ***tern pacific whole sale will not refund me the shipping and I will have to carry it and return it to ***tern pacific whole sale and that's over 400lb unit.Western pacific whole sale offer another model over the phone I DIDN'T WENT TO THERE LOCATIONS I actually didn't know that ***tern pacific whole sale have show room. ***tern pacific whole sales said that I came down with my all due respect that's a lie as I never went there also ***tern pacific whole sale said I agree and signed also that didn't happen because I didn't signed any thing as I wasn't happy of what's going on but ***tern pacific whole sale didn't offer help at all Yes I agree that the return unit was filthy and that because we used it we never thought one day we will return it so we used it normal used for 16 days but we did cleaned it as much we can To be clear it wasn't return for any reason it was return to ***tern pacific whole sale as broken item. This product came incomplete and damage. It's missing the most important piece, the support leg, the seller is refusing to send me one. I file a complaint and I won it. The seller refuse to pay return shipping, in seller description was clearly posted, if the product will arrive damage the seller will pay a ruturn shipping and will replace the product at seller expenses. Seller asked for pictures, I send it to him. Know the seller don't answer my phone calls. Also the seller told me he will send me a support leg and $500 to resolve this issue.

If the customer didn't want the MPF-8203, then he should not have accepted delivery of the unit, and used the unit for 6 months. The unit is under a PARTS warranty, which does not  include LABOR. Customer is insisting we provide labor at his location, however the warranty  DOES NOT COVER LABOR in his area, which is outside San Diego county. The warranty only covers parts. Regarding Case ID [redacted]This customer reported damages to us on arrival. When we asked for pictures, he sent us minor dents / dings, which is normal for the saunas to have. The manufacturer deemed none of these to be structural, and did admit it is normal for minor dents/dings to occur during...

packing, transport, and unloading. There was also pictures of "knots” in the wood, which is 100% normal for Pine Wood to have. These are also NOT defects. The manufacturer will not replace the pieces for this reason. We are a wholesaler, and the customer has made threats if we didn't give him his 30% discount. Really? Sorry but that was rejected. He has filed a dispute which we have won. This will also possibly effect his warranty if has a problem down the road. We have a ZERO tolerance for irate customers that make demands like this, Based on our pictures and info from the customer no parts or discount will be offered. Everything from what we have seen along with the manufacturer, it is 100% perfectly normal.Thanks,[redacted]
