My neighbor [redacted] hired Holmes and Cooper asphalt to chip and seal are road He told no one in are neighborhood or ask permission to do soHe took it on his own accord to have this work doneI received a bill today for hundred dollars and make check payable to AAron Holmes for my share of the dollars of said Bill I did not sign or agree or have any knowledge of said work or services provided this is fraud and fraudgelent charges and I am not paying and the rest of my neighbors are not paying eitherI don't feel this is legal or a legit Bill plus some lots have sides to them 28lots all together so the figures don't add up its over charged Product_Or_Service: Did not purchase Order_Number: N/A Account_Number: N/A
