I should have backed out of dealing with these people when my neighbor, who used this company also, came over to not only to share his disappointment but also to show me the beer bottles that were left behind by the crew that did his roof. He complained, got a hold of the owner even brought the owner over to talk with me. I was "assured" I would have no trouble, he gave me his card just in case I had any trouble. I first dealt with Abdulla, that confronted me while I was doing yard work, then Luke came along; 04.09.16, then it was Sonja, then Lon & another man ...not real consistent with dealing with the same person. When Lon & the other man showed up 05.26.16, this was the first time I seen sample shingles of colors, wrong color was delivered, called Lon about this, mix up at the warehouse! On 06.01.16, Lon shows up for the first check, job started 06.11.16 with one man showing up, not a "crew" as told. The crew arrived 06.13.16, that was when they pulled out of my driveway. On the 16th Lon was here for the "final" payment, told him how disappointed I was, one part of the job was not done (removal of attic fan), small trim work was knocked down, at that point I asked him for an invoice to see what my insurance was getting billed for... oh yes, definitely I would get one, he asked if I told the "inspector" my complaints, there was no inspection, no inspector ever showed up! He was definitely going to tell Ron (the owner)Tried calling the owner, no answer. Had not hear a thing from anyone at New Design Roofing until 07.25.16, they must have heard from my insurance, I received a message from someone by the name of Ryan (yet another person to add to the list) about receiving payment, since the job was finished, in my eyes this "job" was never finished! I was on vacation & did not respond, I couldn't believe it!
