This is in response to the Consumer Report Complaint listed.
On 10/9/17, a phone conference took place, involving myself, Assistant Vice President of Property Claims, Gary G***, Vice President of Claim, *** ***, the Complainant, and her son *** ***. We are in
the
process of settling this claim. The complainant has been assured we wll address all issues.

I would like to call you when it's completed .
