I am rejecting this response because: This hospital has still not explained why after days their system still didn't recognize my payment and sent me another bill instead of a thank you letter telling me this invoice was paid in fullWhy is your accounting system not recognizing a payment for days and then prints another bill on 8/11/asking for another $145? That's the ISSUEI understand it posted the $payment on 8/1/after being submitted on your website on 7/29/Most banks do not process payments over the weekend and they remain in a pending state until MondayYour system had days to recognize the paymentWhy didn't it do that? It clearly wasn't the end of the billing cycle if you print statements on the 11thSo what happened in the meantime? Is this wasting hospital money and resources by not recognizing money in your bank from your customersThat's the ISSUEI can understand if the bill was printed on the 1st or the 2nd of the month, but not days later on the 11th

I apologize for this inconvenience which caused you so much concern. I have enclosed a copy of your current billing statement which indicates your three payments were received on your account via your Visa on the actual dates you made them but the last one did not post until August 1st.We appreciate you taking the time to express your concerns.
