Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery*** *** *** *** was seen in our office on 11-6-and had an exam and cone beam ct, which was explained to the patient and her insurance company, was billed for these services*** (her insurance) responded back with a denial for the cone beam ct
not a covered bene?t under her planA provider adjustment was made on her behalf due to the doctor participates with her insurance and the balance of out of is the patients responsibilityThe insurance company paid for the exam and the provider adjustment left the patient with due on the exam

As life always works, the minute I finally lost all patience with this company and filed my first-ever complaint, lo and behold, their refund check arrived in the mail.  They also called me today.  I told them of my frustrations with their billing procedures, and also that I wouldwrite you...
