Wendy's does not advertise a time on their late night media If this customer has heard a time, if they could please let me know WHERE she heard that - what radio or TV station stated a time? Each of our locations close at different times and the hours are posted on the doors I'm sorry they were not open when you stopped in The Westlake, OH location is open until 1:Mon-Thursday and 2:00AM on Friday and Saturday Sunday's are usually earlier And that is through the drive through only The dining rooms close even earlier Usually 11PM or midnight Sorry for any confusion

HR is correct about me not contacting the restaurant. At that point after a long day I was home and settled. I was not coming back out. But it was important enough for me to alert the Revdex.com because apparently there was some lack of training for whomever was the preparer of the sandwich. I do detect a bit of a tone from their response which is uncalled for. Yes someone offered to mail me so me coupons and I accepted their "resolve" to the issue. But considering this isn't the first time I've ordered a burger from this location and it was raw, I'm certain I will not patronize this establishment anymore.   Revdex.com:

sorry they were not open when you stopped in.  The Westlake, OH location is open until 1:00 Mon-Thursday and 2:00AM on Friday and Saturday.  Sunday's are usually earlier.  And that is through the drive through only.  The dining rooms close even earlier.  Usually 11PM or midnight.  Sorry for any confusion.
