I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below

The owner unfortunately was only willing only to look at the computer and was unwilling to talk with the employee who took my money (who took my money prior to every massage) Although I do not have a receipt I would not have been able to receive services as payment was due prior to services rendered He also said he tried to call however I never received a call and have had the same number for fifteen years without issues I "spoke" to him via email and he said the same thing he wrote as a repose to the complaint - no receipt - no proof thus I must have "forgotten to pay" Unfortunately this issue will not be resolved as it is a "he said she said".

This complaint is not founded. I personally tried to contact this patient on two separate occasions and both times her phone went to a fast busy toneProcedures for handling of cash payments were followed and indication in the system that she did not pay on that date of service was
noted. The patient could not produce a receipt, which is written whether or not the patient wants one for our records. We could not find a receipt and thus determined she did not pay. He perfect credit will not be affected because she did in fact send in payment for her services. This matter has been addressed appropriately and is considered closed.Thank you for your notice.DrDavid JB***Owner

I am sorry she does not agree with the response.  She has no basis for commenting on what I did or did not do to verify that she had a balance. We have a three step process to verify if money was received to protect her, our staff, and our business from such accusations.  Her case was reviewed properly and this has been resolved.
