We certainly can provide an exchange if the cus***er is not happy with the stitching The manufacturer stitches the taped edges of the beds with a machine that is run by a worker There are variances in stitching as was explained by [redacted] when he called the cus***er The stitching is covered under a year warranty for that particular model If it ever becomes unraveled, it would be covered under warranty and be replaceableWhat I would like to offer is for the cus***er to make sure the bed she originally purchased is the exact one she wants She has a one time reselection option during the first nights from delivery If she decides that the original model she purchased is the right comfort level, we can then exchange it for same model at no charge If she decides that her original mattress is not what she wants she can come into the store and reselect to a different model She would only be responsible for the price difference of the mattress if there is a price difference We would not charge a reselection fee or delivery feePlease let us know if this is acceptable

I rejected the offer from Slumberland based on the fact that they didn't address the issue of my inspection and acceptance of a new mattress, nor the issue of the day re-selection option and warranty beginning with the delivery of the new mattress Their offer was pretty evasive in regards to those points I don't want to be held to a new mattress with the same stitching problems
