fish or it will test high in ammonia and nitrite therefore the water test would not be for her benefitAll we tried to do is test the water to make sure it's safe for the replacementShe blew up, wasn't going home to get a dam water sample for us to testEven if we replace the fish, it probity would have died as wellOur policy posted states, (copy as well enclosed) Please keep fish and water sample separate. We did not refuse replacement or a refundIf the aquarium water was tested ( ammonia, Nitrite and pH of to ) replacement or refund would have been made. We are dealing with live animals here (pets)We are more concerned of the wellbeing of the fish and the environment they go into.
