I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I want to tell you thank you for your attempt at contacting them. I am not at all surprised that you didn't get a reply from Western Slope Auto. This is how they do business, their customer service is absolutely terrible. No, I have not gotten any response from them either. I even went through their contact form on their website and addressed the Dealership manager regarding the issue.

I am writing this in response to a complaint sent by [redacted] (complaint# [redacted]). This vehicle came into our service department with a very intermittent concern that only happened when taking off from a stop, after driving about 10 miles and after the vehicle had sat parked for a while....
The customer asked us to drive the vehicle until we was able to duplicate the issue. We drove the vehicle 187 miles during a 2 week time span and was unsuccessful in getting the vehicle to act up. It ran perfect the whole time we had it. It took about 4 ½ hours of driving over the 2 week time span. There was no codes stored in the computer or anything other than the customers description to go from. We did check the vehicle for Technical Service Bulletins, but never found anything that fit the description and everything was within specifications when monitoring with the scan tool. The customer decided to come and pick up the vehicle. Knowing that we did not fix anything we tried to make the invoice be as inexpensive as possible and charged them $41.04 for 4.5 hours of driving the vehicle. Out of goodwill we are crediting back the customer back for the $41.04 that they paid.
