Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: As stated there were actually no written estimates for specific repairs or any conversation on what they could repair, except the leaking propane valve which we were told we would have to go to [redacted] for repairThere was absolutely no attempt to assist in finding solutions for the fridge or the wiringAgain, we know the propane tank is leaking because I told them it might beOriginally they told [redacted] the propane tank valve was turned off and that was the reason the stove didn't workReally?? I believe the service culture should be looked at by management at Western Slope TrailerI have no problem paying for legitimate services rendered, no solutions for repairs verbally or in writing and paying a bill for time the RV was in the their shop with not a single fix or plan to fix any of the items on the list is what I have a problem with Regards, [redacted]

working An appointment was made to diagnose the issue.When the customer dropped off the motorhome after hours, a list was left with numerous additional items of concern asking for diagnose and estimates Our service manager contacted customer to let them know that given the extra diagnostics we may not have time to complete their list We were able to diagnose several items from the list but we did not complete the entire list Service manager did discuss with customer extent of repairs and estimates to complete Customer was provided a copy of invoice #*** which details full scope of repairs needed. There was absolutely no attempt to assist in finding solutions for the fridge or the wiring. Again, we know the propane tank is leaking because I told them it might be. Originally they told [redacted] the propane tank valve was turned off and that was the reason the stove didn't work. Really?? April 2015 called Western Slope to make a appointment to get warranty work done on our trailer which they have done in the past.. They said to bring it in and they will get to it.. Called them 2 days later after the appointment which the girl was on the phone saying a few choice words on the phone because she was looking for the warranty papers we gave to her and said that they will get to it next week.. Got a phone call that following business day basically telling us that they are not going to do the warranty work on our trailer because we did not buy it from them.. What?? They replaced our air conditioning unit on it about a year ago, so what is the problem the warranty will pay for it.. When we went to pick up our trailer they left it buried in 16 inches of mud didn't put the stand on it or the piece of wood we provided to them.. The owner didn't seem to care... The bottom line is they knew our trailer had a warranty, don't say bring it in and a week later say you won't do it because you are only taking care of the trailers you sold.. Their motto is "you will be treated with respect and courtesy, just like we treat our closest personal friends". Is a lie.. We are trying to keep work local and will NEVER use or recommend WESTERN SLOPE TRAILER in RIFLE, CO.. Please don't be just another stepping stone to this business.don't use them...
