hired western states to unclog a drain, which they did. when I went online after serviceman left, I noticed on invoice they had fraudulently charged $392.00 to change cleanout covers, which they did not do. I want this money returned to my account. Talked to them several times on the phone and now they are not returning calls. Dealt with general manager Tony, he wanted to up my service fee to about $560 and then refund the balance of the total $719.00 charge. I told him that was unacceptable, I should have the full $392 returned. Service man *** can verify new cleanout covers were not installed.
