I pay for internet service, have been with this company since 2015, I am having issues with buffering loss of internet that I did not have before. I pay to have wifi through out my house and now I can not get wifi on one side of my house. I have sent many emails with the conectivity report showing im not connected with no response!!! Im payingfor service I am not receiving.
The issue with this customers service is with the router in her home, which she owns and supplies. We offer the internet connection from her home only.The connectivity to the wireless router and the range of it, we do not guarantee. That is an issue with the company that makes the wireless router. For the service package she subscribes to we guarantee she will receive 15mbps download and 2000mbps upload across our service equipment. At the point when that data enters the worldwideweb internet, to go to its destination we can not guarantee how fast it will travel or how quickly as that is dependent on the total traffic load of the internet at that time. This has been explained to this customer several times before.
