I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Based on my interactions with Will, I realize that I do not trust him or whoever he sends to work on the roof. I would prefer to pay a reputable and honest roofing company than allow these frauds anywhere near my house again. It should be noted that in his voice message to me, he indicates that he is travelling in India and makes no mention of any medical issues. I hope the Revdex.com can recognize his dishonesty and adjust their rating accordingly.

We sincerely apologize for the delay in response to this customer. The owner of Western Summit Roofing has been away from work dealing with an ongoing serious health concern, and any understanding and patience for this is greatly appreciated. When the customer, *** ***, left a
voice mail at our office regarding a broken roof vent at his property, he stated clearly that the roof vent became broken after high winds in his neighborhood. The Workmanship Warranty offered by Western Summit Roofing does not guarantee against any weather related damage. The Warranty only guarantees that our workmanship is performed properly and products are installed correctly so that the roof is water tight and functioning properly. Because this roof vent was working correctly for a full year before it became broken during a wind storm, it can be stated that this roof vent was in fact installed properly and it was the wind that caused the damage. When I called to explain this to the customer, he was very persistent in his accusation that the reason why the vent broke was because we didn't install it correctly, and he warned us that if we did not come out and fix the vent, then he would leave degrading reviews on every important marketing website that he can find for our business, including *** and ***. As this would be very detrimental for our business, we will be going out in the next few days to fix the broken vent at no charge to the customer.
