[redacted] has filed this complaint with North West Regional Council on the day of the complaint Please contact [redacted] at NWRC for more information This client was demanding attention from the beginning We have never transported her before, yet she expected the driver to know where she lived and would not give simple directions to her apartment The driver picked up two other clients in ** [redacted] on his way to [redacted] This is a shared ride system (Medicaid) that is over seen by Alli NWRC listed [redacted] as ambulatory which means that she doesn't need any help Upon getting into to the vehicle she started talking loudly to the driver and distracting the driver In order for the driver to concentrate on driving safely, he asked her to be quiet, where upon she started telling the driver about the first amendment rights The driver did turn on the radio, (I don't know how she knows the radio was at decibels) As you can see in her complaint she did not follow the WAC 182-546-which states "Clients must comply with the rules, procedures and policies of the medicaid agency brokers, subcontracted transportation providers, and health care service A client who is non compliant may have limited transportation mode options available." She has also made many statements that are not included in this compliant, such as us kidnapping her, and we would not let her call while she was in the vehicle Any problems that occurred on this transport was caused by her, and caused an unsafe working environment putting all clients in the vehicle AT RISK A driver can't pay attention to a nagging badgering client and drive safely, so that is why the driver had asked her to be quiet so that he can drive The only abusive person in the vehicle was [redacted] She disregarded the requests of being quiet so that the driver could concentrate on driving The "smoke break" was really a potty break as the driver had been on the road since AM, [redacted] has made many complaints that have no merit She has accessed the driver of kidnapping, speeding, bringing on seizures, being held hostage and assaulted This currently is being investigated by DSHS Our driver followed policy, both NWRC and Westerns Allyssa has talked to the other two witnessed and got the information that [redacted] was constantly talking and demanding the attention of the driver They both said that the driver has asked her to quick talking so that he could concentrate on his driving and the traffic The problem started when [redacted] would not assist the driver getting to her apartment When he got there, he opened the back slide door for her to enter, but she opened the front door, then slammed it shut and got into the back seat She kept talking from the start, she asked the driver to tell the office about Americans with disability act and other stuff She also wanted the driver to transport her directly home and not take anyone else (This is a shard ride system) Continued on about her pain levels and the risk for blood clots The driver did what he should have done by asking her to be quiet so that he could drive We will no longer accommodate [redacted] due to her disrespectful attitude and disregard for the safety of others

where she lived and would not give simple directions to her apartment.  The driver picked up two other clients in **. [redacted] on his way to [redacted].  This is a shared ride system (Medicaid) that is over seen by Alli.  NWRC listed [redacted] as ambulatory which means that she doesn't need any help.  Upon getting into to the vehicle she started talking loudly to the driver and distracting the driver.  In order for the driver to concentrate  on driving safely, he asked her to be quiet, where upon she started telling the driver about the first amendment rights.  The driver did turn on the radio, (I don't know  how she knows the radio was at 85 decibels).  As you can see in her complaint she did not follow the WAC 182-546-5400 which states "Clients must comply with the rules, procedures and policies of the medicaid agency brokers, subcontracted transportation providers, and health care service.  A client who is non compliant may have limited transportation mode options available."  She has also made many statements that are not included in this compliant, such as us kidnapping her, and we would not let her call 911 while she was in the vehicle.  Any problems that occurred on this transport was caused by her, and caused an unsafe working environment putting all clients in the vehicle AT RISK.  A driver can't pay attention to a nagging badgering client and drive safely, so that is why the driver had asked her to be quiet so that he can drive.  The only abusive person in the vehicle was [redacted].  She disregarded the requests of being quiet so that the driver could concentrate on driving.  The "smoke break" was really a potty break as the driver had been on the road since 5 AM, [redacted] has made many complaints that have no merit.  She has accessed the driver of kidnapping,  speeding, bringing on seizures, being held hostage and assaulted.  This currently is being investigated by DSHS.  Our driver followed policy, both NWRC and Westerns.  Allyssa has talked to the other two witnessed and got the information that [redacted] was constantly talking and demanding the attention of the driver.  They both said that the driver has asked her to quick talking so that he could concentrate on his driving and the traffic.  The problem started when [redacted] would not assist the driver getting to her apartment.   When he got there, he opened the back slide door for her to enter, but she opened the front door, then slammed it shut and got into the back seat.  She kept talking from the start, she asked the driver to tell the office about Americans with disability act and other stuff.  She also wanted the driver to transport her directly home and not take anyone else.  (This is a shard ride system)  Continued on about her pain levels and the risk for blood clots .  The driver did what he should have done by asking her to be quiet so that he could drive.  We will no longer accommodate [redacted] due to her disrespectful attitude and disregard for the safety of others.
