I am rejecting this response because:
I do
not have a copy of the audit referenced in the response
but assume it
is same one sent to me in AprilOn that audit, the stated balance
appears to be $The response states that I owe $I
received a bill from them on Monday that states $owedI added
up the finance charges from several of their bills and the accrued
amount came to $$less $equals $As stated in
my complaint, I received a bill on April 5th in the amount of $
which they eventually revised but it appears that they just pull
balances out of the air and demand that the consumer pay whatever
they come up withI do not agree with any of these amounts as my
account with the previous owner was current when Western Waste bought
out the company and they are double billing me for charges that were
paidIn addition, the president of the company gave me the run
around for several months in promising to settle this matter
resulting the in accrued finance charges
