contractors, and then have the repairs made. The limited number of RV service  contractors, combined with the high demand made on them during the winter time In Yuma, delayed the estimates beyond Ms. [redacted]'s expectation of a reasonable  time frame. We received the first estimate on 01/21/2013 from [redacted],but we were unable obtain a second estimate from Country RV Repairs  until 03/14/2013. Once again the RV Service Companies are extremely busy during the winter months and we at the mercy of their schedules. We then chose to go with[redacted] the repairs. Ms [redacted] informed us she would be leaving soon, because of the RV Repair Company's backlog we were not confident they could make the repairs for Ms. [redacted]'s departure. We suggested Ms. [redacted] take her RV to the dealer she bought if from, get an estimate, let us know and if it was competitive then have the RV repaired there and we would pay for it. We did not hear back from Ms. [redacted] until she returned to Yuma in November 2013. We contacted the RV repair contractors and they needed to do new quotes.  Once again we have chosen [redacted] Service do the repairs. The RV contractors  have had a difficult time finding the new RV decal to replace the damaged one,and as of last week they had located it and it Is on order. [redacted] service  tells us the repairs can be made in two trips or one, (whichever the customer wishes) one to replace the dented siding and one to install the new decal once it arrives, or do both when the decal arrives. Currently we are waiting for the Ms. [redacted] to let us know how she would like to proceed. We have been serving thousands of customers per year for decades in Yuma, and as you see by a check in the Revdex.com we have never received a complaint. However, unfortunately, we have not lived up to Ms. [redacted]'s expectations. We believe we have let Ms. [redacted] down and we sincerely apologize. Now that [redacted] Service  has the siding and has the decal on order we hope the issue can be resolved quickly. Westerner Products of Yuma,Inc.

Review: In November, 2012 I entered into a contract with Westerner Products, Inc. (W-P,I) to remove a 12' x 18' patio room and replace it with a 12' x 42' 6" aluminum awning at a cost of $4,781.22. On November 16, 2012 I gave W-P,I a deposit of $2,300.00. On January 10, 2013, while dismantling the patio room the crew lost control of the remaining structure of that room and it collapsed onto my Wildwood Travel Trailer which I just bought in September 2012 causing a dent in the aluminum siding on the trailer. I emailed [redacted] at W-P,I immediately to advise them of the accident and he acknowledged that they were aware of it and that someone would contact me about it. On January 17, I again emailed Mr. [redacted] because I had not heard from anyone at W-P,I and Mr. [redacted] emailed back to say a Mr. [redacted] would be contacting me and he said he had sent a second message to him with my email address and phone number. I don't believe I ever heard from Mr. [redacted]. On January 22, 2013 Mr. [redacted] emailed to tell me someone from [redacted] would come to see me that day. On February 1, 2013 I once again emailed Mr. [redacted] to advise that we had seen no one from [redacted], Mr. [redacted] emailed back to say he'd called [redacted] to find out what was happening. My emails and W-P,I's stalling tactics continued until March 15, 2013 when I advised Mr. [redacted] that I had to leave for home and I couldn't continue playing these games. Mr. [redacted] suggested I get estimates at home and let them know what they were. After returning to Yuma this fall, on November 5, 2013, I sent Mr. [redacted] another email asking what were they going to do and his response was they were going to start all over again getting quotes. It is now January 2014 and still nothing is finalized or repaired. (I would list all the email contacts and emails from RV repair shops but there is not enough characters left to do so properly.)Desired Settlement: I want to pick the company I want to get the repairs done to my trailer and have Western pay for it and I want them to reimburse me for all the time I've wasted on this. This should have all be resolved when [redacted] gave them the first quote. I think this stall is just Mr. [redacted] way of getting back at me because he screwed up the initial estimate to remove the patio and replace it with an aluminum awning.
