technician to her house a couple of times as her internet speed was going up and down. We did go out over the weekend and when the service tech checked her internet it was working, however Ms. [redacted] called back and we then discovered there was an issue with an amp in our equipment starting to go out. This was causing the issues of the up and down speeds. The equipment was replaced on Monday 6/20/19 and the problem was resolved. Thank you for the opportunity to respond.
