We hired Mike Westfall from Westfall Exteriors LTD to install fences and gates at two rental properties in the fall of The majority of the work was completed in the fall of and he was paid for the job with a very small amount held back until final completion I have been asking him since April to complete that job and have been given many excuses and timelines that have come and gone Mike has now refused to answer my calls or respond in any way in over a week
