This may be the worst property manager in Connecticut! I've been complaining for countless number of times our leaking gutter! They never bothered to come and check! Every time I would call there's no existing work order and so many ridiculous reason! Never make the same mistake our association did for hiring this company! STAY AWAY! BEWARE!

The Customer Service person (Melissa) told the caller that she couldn't personally change the schedule but would contact the property manager and have the matter addressed. This management company took over for another management company after 20+ years. The condo association president ended up going to work for Westford and that is when we ended up moving switching to Westford Real Estate Management. They sent out a letter stating to send the money to a P.O box in Stamford CT. I was sending the checks through my bank like I did for the last 7 years to the P.O box. after 4 months I receive a letter from their lawyer stating I was 4 months behind along with a $800 attorney fee for sending me the letter. Long story short they told me to send them to Vernon, CT and didn't know why I was sending to Stamford, CT. I got another letter from the attorney saying I still hadn't paid and I did some investigation on my own as well as my attorney. Their attorney told my attorney I needed to send checks to Stamford, CT not Vernon, now I have NO clue what's going on and I don't know what to do. I don't want to dump a ton of money and have them drag this out in court. I feel like this place is targeting me because the Condo association president and I don't see eye to eye. I would strongly recommend not doing business we this company.

I highly recommend to stay away from Westford, they are not responsive to any calls emails for verbal agreements. They are terrible! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!

I would not recommend anyone using their services or buying a property managed by their services. They are extremely unresponsive.
