No stars. Inadequate treatment, medication and diagnosis led me to spend $3,000 and be told another $3,000 would be required to save the kitty's life. Because they took 8 DAYS to get the blood test results back to me. They gave me inadequate and improper medication. My kitty died 2 days after the diagnosis was reciecved. He had fatty liver disease which could have been treated but because of their greedy disgusting business practices I held my 2 pound kitty as he died of starvation due to Westford Emergency Veterinary Hospital not providing adequate medicine or a timely diagnosis. They were focused on diagnosis of FIP and lymphoma so he was not given any meds that would have helped him.
Now my 18 month old kitty is a 2 pound corpse buried in my backyard.
Westford Emergency Veterinary Hospital kindly offered me a payment plan to euthanize him. How lovely.
Never ever ever go there and never let anyone you know or care about bring them to Westford Emergency Veterinary Hospital. Go to Tufts. Go to Boston. Go anywhere else. Profits over people and pets. Horrible place. Wish I had known before we were sent there.
