I am happy to report that my complaint [redacted] has been satisfactorily resolved.

We turned this service issue over to the factory at Marlette. The lino was damaged due to a factory elc issue that Westgate repaired fast so Mrs. [redacted] could move in. We have been working with Marlette to get this fixed. They have it on there schedule and should have this all taken care of within 30... days.

I am rejecting this response because:I have been told since this happened in June that a work order was in with Marlette.There have been two separate occasions when the representatives from Marlette have come to my home to look at the damageThe first contractor said he could not fix it this was on August 12thThe second one wanted to patch it which is not acceptable to me August As for sending the electrician out so I could move in this is not true.In fact an extension had to be written extending the purchase agreement another month because the home wasn't readyI had already moved into the house and had a serviceman from Broadview appliance come to hook up my dryer and told me that I had the wrong receptacle, that it was for a range not a dryerWestgate did send someone out quickly and he replaced the receptacle and when he moved the dryer into place this is when the linoleum was tornOn September I sent an email to Kevin inquiring about the status of this repair and also letting him know of a problem with the eave in the Se corner of the house coming apart to which I have not received a response until I filed this complaintI received a call from Al yesterday October and he sent a contractor to look at the floorHe told me he would get back to me.I have been told before that these issues would be taken care of and I am still waiting so I don't have much faith that they will be completed in the thirty days

I am rejecting this response because: Reed did NOT show me the property cornersThe only thing we spoke of was the Septic, which he said he would send me an info packet explaining more about the septic and his contact info should I need to contact himI never have received an info packet, his contact info, or even his last name for that matterIf he would like to come over and show me the north side of the property line, that would be fineIt would take minutesAnd, the pile of debris left behind that I had to pay to have removed has not been addressed

Revdex.com,  The land was owned by Reed T[redacted] who also did the site prep.  He was asked many times to go over the property corners I know he did show Mrs [redacted] the four corners and according to Reed all was fine when he did show her the corners and answered her questions about the septic.
