*** *** #*** *** *** *** *** * *** *** *** ** ***I was also on a month to month lease I had to give him day notice and I did and on the 3rd day of the day notice *** went ahead and locked changed the locks on the door and I still had belongings in the
house like food, baby stuff, my kitchen table chairsHe is not giving me anything back and I also have every piece of mail that he has ever sent to me and everytime he would send something he was always harrasing me and never fixed anything

All of the tenant's maintenance requests were met in a timely and professional manner. She has neglected to cover the following facts:1. She violated the lease in the following ways;a. had unauthorized pets.b. Smoked in the unit (direct violation of the lease)c. Was never on time with rent payments.d. Failed to keep up with utility bills (a direct violation of the lease document)e. Failed to do yard maintenance including watering and weeding.f. Was abusive to the appliances provided.This complaint is unjustified. I am not a member of the Revdex.com and am not subject to their rules of conduct. As the tenant left of her own accord and  owing $341.10 in back rent and late fees this is her attempt at avoiding this debt. Furthermore the damage she caused to the unit is estimated to be a further $1850.00 in costs. Since the date of her self removal she has continued to harass myself, my employees, members of the cleaning crew, and now she daily harasses the new owners of the unit. Per [redacted] State law She self removed on June 30, 2017. The locks for the unit were changed on July 3, 2017. At which point she became outraged that her access to the unit was discontinued. It is correct that she did sign and submit a 30 notice on June 28, 2017. This would have allowed her access to the unit had she: 1. Paid past due rent and applicable fees. 2. Paid the rent for the month of July in full and on time. 3. Had not already self removed herself from the unit.  The unit itself was found on July 3, 2017 to meet the definition of and abandoned unit under [redacted] law, that being that two factors would need to be present. Those being Edible food in the fridge and cloths hanging in the closet. Although there was food in the fridge, there were no cloths hanging in the closet. Therefore the unit was abandoned and the property manager could then take possession. This has been explained to the prior tenant several times. She has threatened to go to the police and obviously to the Revdex.com. As this complaint is wholly unjustified, I demand it's removal.
