[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because, we have an evidence we can prove it As the front desk manager said we knew there was a safe box and we had only one keyWe checked in 11pm and we left at 1130amWith that time frame we didn't get out our room that reason we didn't use the safe boxMy wife left the item in side the roomThe item (my wife ring) should have been found or discovered by their employees and they have to returned us, but that didn't happenIt Is too bad the Hotel not doing this simple customer service jobWe are hopeful for our item that we will get it from them very soon Regards, [redacted]
To whom it may concern,This is our 2nd letter we have sent to you regarding this issueThe Westin Washington Dulles Airport Hotel is not responsible for items left behindWhile we do everything we can to locate items left behind by our guest, we are not liable for themWe do provide safes in
the room for guest personal belongings they wish to keep secureIf by any case our guest do not feel conformable using the safe in the room, we do provide security deposit boxes located at the front deskThere is only copy of the key which is given to the guest, so only they would be able to have access to the security deposit boxShould you have any questions or concerns please contact me Ronald G*** at ###-###-#### or by email at *** *** @westinwashingtondulles.com

I am rejecting this response because, we have an evidence we can prove it. As the front desk manager said we knew there was a safe box and we had only one key. We checked in 11pm and we left at 1130am. With that time frame we didn't get out our room that reason we didn't use the safe box. My wife left the item in side the room. The item (my wife ring) should have been found or discovered by their employees and they have to returned us, but that didn't happen. It Is too bad the Hotel not doing this simple customer service job. We are hopeful for our item that we will get it from them very soon.
